- All remanufacturing, servicing and installation of steering units is done in our facility by our technical mechanics.
- Restoring historical vehicles is our specialty. - We work with you to ensure that as much of an original core and parts are restored as possible.
- We remanufacture obsolete steering units. - If we don't have the part, we manufacture it.

- All machining and chroming is done in our shop.

- Non-inventoried cores can be rebuilt in 24 to 48 hours.
- Steer & Gear guarantees the quality - of their remanufactured steering units. All cores are carefully rebuilt to factory specifications or better. All parts are replaced with no less than those proven for high performance. Each unit is tested hot using equipment exclusively designed and engineered by Steer & Gear. The methods used ensure a high performance steering unit that can out-perform OE quality standards.
